Did any of you happen to see the special on Brandon Inge of the Tigers between the first 2 games...he is very involved with pediatric cancer patients...outstanding young man...maybe a new hero for me!!

Well I really thought those 16 men left on base was gonna come back to haunt us but the Cards left almost as many...

happy here but going up agaisnt another though pitcher today...

I'm so torn! I'm feeling the pain for Clyde and happy for Gary. I used to be able to just watch the game. But now I think about how my baseball buddies are doing!! ha!

Well, we had the insanely early game yesterday, and we will again today. It's ok, but I can't watch it. Just have to keep checking for the score.

Our game starts at 9:37pm... is it me or is this just 'silly'... not 9:30, not even 9:35...
can you tell I'm chomping at the bit for the first pitch... I have to drink coffee tonight as I had only 2 hrs sleep last night...

Only and hour and a half until 9:37 pm EDT - you could walk six miles in that time (on some threads, this is a site about healthy eating and exercise).

But after the first few innings, I'm afraid you'll have to carry it alone. No way I can stay up til 1 am before a work day.
