Does anyone know the difference between grams of sugar and grams of sugar alcohol. Is sugar alcohol acceptable on the SB diet? Any info will help. Thanks!

Sugar alcohols are allowed on SB, but watch out for them! They can do quite a number on your digestive system. My reaction has gotten markedly worse over time and now I can't tolerate them at all.
