Hi everyone, I'm looking for a low fat cheesecake recipe, but without fancy ingredients, since I don't live in US and have access to lots of the low fat stuff you can eat.
Neverland, for some reason I thought you lived in the UK! Ricotta can be somewhat low fat in and of itself, so if you don't have access to low-fat ricotta, it still may be better than cream cheese?
