Default Spanish Omelette.. mmm

I decided to try making a spanish omelette this afternoon for my lunch.
mmm it was sooo good!

2 large eggs (140 cals)
2 table spoons salsa (10 cals)
2 table spoons Low fat sour cream (35 cals)
a teeny splash of milk.

spray pan with cooking spray (5 cals) and set on medium high.
Mix eggs and milk
when the pan has heated up pour egg and milk mixture into the pan.. swirl it around to make a thin layer of egg.. let cook until it's not runny.

Spoon your salsa into one side of the egg and flip other side over... let cook for another minute. Dolop sour cream on top ... enjoy
