question on calories
I was planning to start again using calorie counting and GI diet. I am on day 2 and having a problem with counting calories for a food that my sil made. It is a local dish and I have no idea how to find or count the cals. Do any of you know of a place that if you put in the foods and amts it will figure the cals??
I havent any idea as this is a biscuit dough crust, with pork and spices inside. it is meat pie that is acadian dish for christmas. any ideas would be a help. thanks |
Hey Fit-- If you go to http://www.fitday.com you can put in any foods you like and it will figure the amounts of calories, fat, etc for anything! It even lets you put in your own custom foods for special things like certain foods you eat out! Hope this helps!:carrot:

Try putting either tourtiere or tortiere through a google search. I think that's what it's called.
