I love questions like this. I think I could happily be a personal grocery shopper

I'd skip the microwaves meals but then I have a thing about whole and natural foods.

Things that grow and protein, is a euphamism I've used for friends and relatives. But seriously think about it.

Any vegetable you love either raw or cooked plainly.

Lean proteins .... fish, chicken, no fat cottage cheese.

There's a start. Let's see what the others say.

Keep the water and fruit, throw away the rest unless the dry cereal is old fashioned oatmeal
Shop the perimeter of the crocery store: fresh fruit and VEGETABLES, lean proteins (chicken or turkey breast, pork tenderloin, very lean beef, fish, shell fish, more fish, low fat cottage cheese, egg whites), low fat dairy, unprocessed whole grains...then get outta there!
