Default Late night binging

Hi ! I'm looking for ideas . I'm always in need of snacking after 8pm (once the kids are finally sleeping ) I do lots of fruits already but it just doesn't feel satisfying .
Thanks!

Thought of lean popcorn? A lean option might help.
Good luck!

How about eating a slightly more substantial dinner and cutting out the night snack?

Or eating half of your dinner with the kids, the other half after they go to bed?

Or popcorn, jerky, crudite with dip (ranch, hummus, whatever), hard boiled egg, cheese stick, low cal cracker w/laughing cow or tuna. Personally I make very low calorie pureed soups and I can take out a cup from my freezer anytime for a 50-100 calorie FILLING snack.

hard boiled egg, yogurt seem to fulfill me for that late night snack. I also LOVE rice cakes, although I've ready they do absolutely nothing for you (other than being low calorie). May be a small bowl of cereal?
