That is a nice sentiment Munchy If you feel like posting it, I would sure like to read what sorts of ingredients are in your vegan African peanut. It looks scrumptious! And the name conjures up an exotic place!

Homemade pizza: I make pizza dough with organic flour in bread machine (enough for 2 pizzas). I can my own sauce in the summer with garden veggies and all of my veggie toppings are homegrown (from the freezer out of season). I make different varieties such as BBQ chicken, chicken fajita, traditional (turkey) pepperoni, mariachi, etc. It just depends on what meat is leftover and what I'm in the mood for. I even made one with chorizo

Last weekend I made copycat chicken gnocchi soup (Olive Garden). I cut the fat in the cream and added cream cheese to replace it. It was delicious. Last night I made White Castle sliders that were healthier and tasted even better than the original. Next I want to try so we sticky honey garlic wings that I got at a Chinese place in Florida on spring break. They were soooooooooo yummy (but fried).

Veggie sticks. While not the healthiest thing you can eat, way better than snacking on potato chips.

Cauliflower crust pizza is really really good! To save time, I used pre-riced cauliflower found in the frozen veggie isle!

Saute the cauli-rice with seasonings of choice. I like green onion, salt and pepper for a "plain" rice, or you can make fried rice, cilantro lime rice, Spanish rice, etc.
Gah, this sounds amazing. I'm buying a ricer right now because of you!

As a play on the flavors of buffalo wings, I marinate chicken in olive oil and hot sauce. Then I roast the chicken, and finish it up on the stove in a shallow bath of melted butter and hot sauce. I plate it with a serving of ranch or blue cheese dressing. It's not super low calorie, but overall it helps me keep my calories down bc it's tasty, filling, and fewer calories than its alternative.

(For the chicken, I usually use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I use this method with a variety of chicken cuts though, just not as often.)

I really want to make these.
