Someone posted a recipe on here for bourbon chicken. I really liked it but I have lost my copy. Does anyone have a recipe for Bourbon Chicken?

I only could find 2 in my search- one was in the diet recipes part of 3fatchicks mainpage and another was in one post of a thread sharing the recipe.

If you want the one like they have in Panda Express this is it but it doesn't really have bourbon in it!

This one is from cooking light, but doesn't have very good reviews.
