I've just been putting 1/4 of one of salads and sometimes using it to replace cheese on sandwiches.. I read they the fats in them are good for hair, so that's why I'm eating them now :) I read a recipe awhile back for making chocolate pudding out of avocados also... I can't find it now but did a search on google and similar ones.

I have to admit that it was a bit too sour for me... but.. I will make it again and just tone down the "sour"... it was very good and was a simple way to extend the avocado.

My new thing: guacamole on a salt-free plain rice cake. Its delicious. One 100 cal pack does two rice cakes making my lunch/snack 170 calories. Yes please!

I make some amazing guacamole...but its a process and it doesn't last long before it discolors. I discovered Wholly Guacamole makes little 100 calorie packs of guac. Its not as good as mine, but its portable and already made.

When I was younger, my mom used to make avocado smoothies or shakes since we had an avocado tree in the backyard. I loved them!! I'm going to see if she remembers the recipe for them. This thread made me remember. :)
