Default Light delish dessert

Homemade strawberry shortcake (sorta!) these are sooooo good. I've been having one daily, lol.

about 103 calories.

You'll need:
1 sponge cake half. I get these at Walmart in the produce section. (80)
1 TBSP smuckers sugar free strawberry preserves (10)
2 TBSP fat free redi wip whipped cream (5)
1 medium strawberry, sliced (4)

Spoon preserves into middle of the cake. add sliced strawberries. top with whipped cream. ENJOY !

Oh yum! That looks delish! Thanks so much for posting. Are you able to stop with just one? I suppose even 2 could be worked into my daily caloric allowance.

Haha I eat two a lot ! I can stop at one, but I'll have two if I had a light dinner and have the calories

I've been looking for an even lower cal angel food / sponge cake.

mmm..that looks delish! looks like something the kids would love to so. I'll have to make it for them so we can all eat dessert together instead of drooling over their cookies or ice cream!
