Default Just letting y'all know..

If you go to Applebee's, get the Cabernet Mushroom Sirloin meal. It is MOUTHWATERINGLY delicious and the whole plate is only 460 calories. I felt like I was eating a ton of food too, and it felt great to know I wasn't overloading on my calories! However, I will say it's a bit heavy on the sodium, so if you're watching that I wouldn't do it. But then again, what restaurant food ISN'T loaded with sodium?

Anyway, just felt like sharing my awesome find with y'all! There ARE options for us when we go out to eat! I'm so glad Applebee's is on our side, lol.

Ooh Ooh! It is good! My hubby got it and just raved over it! I loved that Sizzling Chicken thing... NOM NOM NOM! I think I ate half, but I also had one of their skinny Margaritas at like, 100 cals. I think Applebees new menu is pretty great. We use to eat there a lot and then cut back, but now I'm liking it really well again!

I was there a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the grilled dijon chicken and portobello mushrooms! While high in sodium (just like everything else there, right?), it's only 450 calories. I eat mostly whole foods at home with no added salt so I think it balances out ok for me.

I went there for the first time last month an ordered that it was very good !! I mice the sauce and mushrooms up with the side of steamed broccoli they gave me. Delicious. I like that they don't bring you bread while you wait for your food.

I Love (LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE) Chili's Margarita Grilled Chicken. Its a chicken breast, a half cup of rice, and black beans. I felt so full and it was around 500 calories.

Also Outback's Simply Mahi is also really yummy. It comes with veggies and rice, and its about 400 calories

My new go-to at Chili's is their Chicken Enchilada Soup. I'm sure it's also high on sodium, but if I remember correctly the bowl is under 300 calories. And it's delicious, and just the right portion size to leave you pleasantly (not uncomfortably) full.

Man I am so envious of people who have good Applebee's and Chilis. The ones around here are TERRIBLE! The food is always old and dry and yuuuuuck!
