
At work we had some marked down, so I bought a tub of each flavor (chocolate and vanilla), and so far I've really enjoyed it. I'll mix the vanilla with fruit, usually a frozen banana, and I'll sometimes mix the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. It makes a good meal replacement for me, and I really do feel full afterwards.
You can also use it as a snack.
It's oat based, so it's heart friendly.

And it's high in calcium (fifty percent), dietary fiber (8 grams!), and 180 calories. That's not bad for an entire meal replacement.
