Default Do you use Purdue Select Size Chicken Breasts?

I bought a huge bag of these at costco. I'm marinating some in Light Italian right now.

For those that use these have you made them from frozen like they suggest and do they turn out OK?

What are your favorite things to do with them?

I am hoping that I can use these as an easy to prepare staple, but I was scared to cook them from frozen off the bat. I am horrible at chicken breasts. When I buy the big ones they almost always turn out too dry =(

I have and sometimes still do. They are a great time saver. I hate thick cuts of meat so these are perfect! I am unsure what you mean though? You are marinating them frozen? If so then they will turn out fine. Actually marinating works very well this way. I've marinated other cuts of meat by throwing the frozen in with the marinating and letting it sit in the fridge while it defrosted.

I took the frozen breasts last night and added them to a ziplock with the marinade so they will be thawed by the time I cook them this evening.

The package gives instructions on cooking them from frozen though so I was wondering if anyone actually cooks them that way and whether they turn out ok.

I cook mine on the George Foreman grill frozen from the bag and they turn out moist and good. Maybe the moisture stays in them more when they begin frozen. Also, if yours are dry, you might be overcooking them. Purchase a meat thermometer and it will help with that.
