I was just wondering if anyone has seen or heard of a book called "The Formula" It is some type of reciipe book and I haven't been able to locate it at the usual places I look. If anyone is familiar with it, could you give me some feedback . I'm considering purchasing it, but I would like to know an opinion before I do.

I suppose by now you have the book the Formula. It is a diet, much like the Zone. It is a very good diet but expensive. Hope you get it and enjoy it.
