I'm in Canada so I'm not sure how widely these are available. I absolutely LOVE Dairyland's Classic Vanilla line. It's like eating frozen yogurt and much tastier than the 'dessert' type yogurts being marketed now.

I eat Stonyfield Farms fat free plain and add things to it. I try to get an all natural or organic yogurt, but I like Stonyfield Farms' because it has inulin (fiber) in it.

I'm addicted to Trader Joe's Nonfat Plain Greek-Style Yogurt. Only 100 calories per cup (200 grams/7 oz)! I love the thick consistency (I hate yogurt you can drink) and it tastes as good as the full fat yogurt I used to eat (either that or it's been so long I've forgotten what full fat yogurt tastes like ).

I eat at least a cup a day for breakfast (with high fiber cereal stirred in and fresh raspberries) and sometimes more later in the day for a snack. I also use it as a base for salad dressing, in tuna, chicken, and other creamy salads, and as a sub for sour cream with spicy foods. Pretty soon I'll be putting it on sandwiches as a sub for mayo

Last night I mixed it with some sugar-free Torani syrup and layered it with diced melon and peaches; a fruit and yogurt parfait to rival McD's!

I eat Danon Light and Fit Sugar Free/Fat free yogurt at 60 calories a pop. I eat it with 1/4 cup of Fiber One Cereal. I have one early in the morning and then another one an hour or so later. The 2 of them make up my breakfast. I eat them partially frozen. Absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS!!!! I especially like the peach, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry.

If I find at the end of the day I have some spare calories leftover, I'll have a 3rd one as a snack.

I use store brand nonfat plain yogurt with a little splenda mixed in it. I add berries and cereal. I love it. I wish I could find the greek yogurt around here, but I've never been able to find it.

I used to eat Yoplait light but now I always buy trader joe's greek yogurt, it's absolutely fantastic! I buy the plain non sweetened fat free and when I want a sweeter treat I put in honey, raspberry jam or fresh fruit. I also use it as a sour cream substitute (unsweetened of course!)

I'm another big fan of Trader Joe's plain NF Greek yogurt. No other brand compares to the rich flavor and thick consistency of it. I usually have 1/2 cup of it for breakfast with fresh fruit and Kashi Go Lean or Fiber 1 and a sprinkle of flaxmeal. It's also fantastic as a dessert with some DaVinci SF chocolate syrup stirred in and a sprinkle of crushed nuts. It's also my stand-in substitute for sour cream and mayo.

I like Stonyfield Farm, Cascade Fresh, and Fage Greek yogurt. I get kinda squicked out by gelatin in my yogurt, so that limits my choices greatly!

I really like Stonyfield farm as well or any plain nonfat thickened into greek style yogurt. I buy coffee filters to strain yogurt although I don't do it too often.

My absolute favorite is cascade fresh. It has 8 live cultures, and the fruit flavored ones are all "cultured in the cup" and use fruit juice (not sugar, or hfcs) to sweeten. Love the blackberry and the lemon (with lemon peel!) and keep a big container of plain on hand for recipes.
