You can find anything on google! Here are a few recipes I found by googling:
- http://busycooks.about.com/od/cookie...akecookies.htm
- http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...rfect_for.html

I haven't tried any of these (I don't make many cookies these days), so I can't say if they are any good.

PS - there's lots more recipes if you google "peanut butter oatmeal balls no bake" (without the quotes).

I have one that I used to make a lot that was sugar and butter, cocoa, peanut butter and oatmeal. NOT healthy but delicious and tested.(lots) I'm not sure if you're wanting healthy or not, so I won't post it yet. I keep trying to think of how I could make these healthier, but I can't imagine doing it without the sugar. They wouldn't set up correctly.

I can't have commercial granola bars because of a food allergy, so I make my own. I make them one serving at a time because I don;t have space to store them. Here is my recipe:

2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate chips OR honey
rolled oats, to taste (usually 2-3 handfuls)

Melt the PB and chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 seconds (is using honey, just melt the PB and stir in the honey after). Stir, microwave 10 more seconds if needed. Add oats by the handful and stir, continuign to add oats and stir until desired consistency has been reached. Wet hands and use hands to form mixture into small balls.

Variations: You could roll these in coconut, protein power, crushed nuts or something like that. You could stir in dehyrdated apple pieces or something too.
