Have any of you tried this workout? It's by the makers of "Self" magazine. I bought it last week at Walmart thinking it would be good. I did about fifteen minutes of the forty five minute workout and was in so much pain in my upper thighs I had to stop. This pain lasted for three days.. I didn't feel like I was pushing myself considering I can do forty minutes regularly on the elliptical but apparently I was using a group of muscles I NEVER use. I want to give it another shot but I'm a little hesitant.. Just wanted to know if any of you have had good results with it.
Hey...i have that dvd. at first i didn't really like it, thought it was to fast paced , and it had my thighs hurting too, but now i really like it. I also have the self abs, and the self bikini ready fast dvds. Both of them are good too.
