I just purchased these tapes a couple days ago, haven't gotten them yet.
Just wondering if anyone had them and if they liked them?????? Hope someone has them and replys, that they like them
Thank hugcrystal
I ordered them, but not the whole kit, just the 30 min foundation cardio, 30 min lower body/abs and 20 min pilates core/flex DVD. It came with the nutrition journal and such...for about $15. I watched the workouts but havn't done any of them yet...they looked like they would be good workouts though.
I finished the whole program last summer after reading about it here. I got excellent results and lost 30 lbs!
If you follow the plan, the workouts, the eating, and journaling everything you will lose a lot of weight I gurantee it! It is just the best program out there.
I spent a lot of time in the Beachbody forums while I was doing it and everybody eventually lost a good amount of weight if they stuck with it. I recomend going over there and joining up with some motivation buddies, that really helped me stay honest.
thanks for all your replies. I can't wait to get mine. I hope Ican stay motavaited and hang with them. I need to get some exercise in daily. I just haven't found anything yet to keep me going.
fikustrees-do you still do the tapes now?????
Thanks, hugcrystal
I have Project You and love it..I needed more variety though..I bought Turbo Jam...Love that too...I do both. I Love the pilates and Yoga to stretch after doing the scultping. I do prefer the Tubo sculpt because it is one work out...Project you has upper and lower broked down into two work outs. I dont have the time to do then seperately. but do like the workouts also.
I am thinking about buying these dvds and I was wondering if any of you could lay out what you do each day. How long do you work out each day? Is there cardio and strength in one day?
Thanks for your help.
I still do the tapes sometimes but I am pretty advanced now (a year later) so I do stuff that I wouldn't have dreamed of in the beginning!
I really recomend joining or starting a group here, at beachbody, or on videofitness.com because that was key to keeping me accountable.

Another option is Push.tv - We just started it 2 weeks ago and I love it so far. Every two weeks I have a new workout, so boredom is much less likely! It includes a lot of body weight workouts so you don't need a lot of equipment. The system is brilliant - you pick your 'trainer' and subscribe, and each month a new dvd comes that is progressive - so it increases as your abilities also increase. Two training sessions and a cardio session are on each DVD. Click my signature for a sweepstakes to win a full year free, and you can also try it out for a month for free.
I find it strange you do not mention the price of $25 per dvd, for the push.tv
and how does it compare with all the personnel trainer dvd's that are out there and cheaper?
Strange? Sorry - I didn't think it was strange, that seems to be comparable to me for similar products, and even those are not as personalized as Push. I paid about $90 for the whole Kathy Smith program, which was also worth it. Which other personal trainer DVD's are you referring to? I've never seen anything like Push. I'd love to check it out!
