Well I'm feeling so much better this morning because I'm back into the routine and did my 1 mile WATP, which I haven't been working out for about a month now. I'm also happy to say that I did my weekly weigh in and I'm down 3 pounds for the week. Have a great Friday!

I am doing okay, although I am a little down because I ate too much for dinner, so now I feel so ashamed of myself...but am that much more determined to do better. On the UP side, I was down another 4lbs this morning.

Last night I almost said, NO WAY to exercising, but I didn't! I did the 1 mile Express at almost 10pm! My streak is alive and well (even though my goal is fast creeping away). I have 22 miles to get done between now and bedtime Wed. Can I do it?!?!
