Hello all!
I didn't see where anyone had posted about the Biggest Loser Workout DVD, so here is my 2 cents.
I bought it last night and decided to do the 6-week pre-planned workout. I did 5 minutes warm-up, 20 Low Intensity Cardio and 10 min. cool down.
Of course, it is w/ hunky Bob
and contestants from season 1 & 2. (and w/ the ones from season 2, they were not all skinny (like they are now)).
Anyway all I can say is WOW, it really works you out and not once did I have to get on the floor and do ab work, but my abs are really telling me about it today!
So, if anyone is thinking about getting it, then get it. It was less than $10 at an area store.
