I strongly recommend Fitrpime/Kickbutt series (http://www.whfn.com/ is the website, you can preview all 12 workouts there as well.) The other series I recommend is The Firm and TLT workouts. All of these have beginner, intermediate and advanced level moves in them. I lose inches within days of doing these workouts.

Crunch workouts are really good. Burn and Firm Pilates, Boot Camp Training and Cardio Dance Party are excellent. If you like WATP, you might start with the Burn and Firm Pilates, which is fun, easy to follow, and quite effective.

Richard Simmons has a couple of new workouts available. I haven't tried them, but I've heard that they are quite good. One is a 60 minute cardio to hits of the 80s and the other is a toning workout. I think Richard's stuff is always fun!

Ditto on Kick Butt, FitPrime and Tracie Long (TLT). Good effective workouts. See if you can find the FitPrime that has both MetaBoost and FlexPosture on the same DVD. You'll have 2 effective workouts that crosstrain nicely with each other!

Check out TamiLee Webb as well. She has a number of effective workouts, both cardio and toning. Tighter Assets and I Want That Body are some titles to look for.

Have fun!

I would suggest going to a library or tryin Netflix. You can try out different instructors and see who you like. Once you find someone it's a pretty safe bet that you will like more of their videos. It's sometimes hard to reccommend a specific instructor of video because everyone has different tastes. Like personally I love Denise Austin but a lot of people HATE her.

If I had to reccommend a few I would say:
Chrunch Cardio Dance Blast - very fun
Rania's Bellydance for Weight Loss 4 disc set - nice alternative to basic aerobics, ~$20 on ebay
Denise Austin's Personal Trainer - lots of variety
Denise Austin's older Hit the Spot or Get Fit Fast series - great 10 minute segments for each body part

Getting DVD's is a great idea! I've gotten some from netflix.

My favorites right now are Tae Bo. Live is a good one to start with because it has instructions on it!

Well, I like to dance, even though I'm TERRIBLE at it! lol... I bought a dvd at Meijer called "Dance off the Inches", and once you get the routines down, it's a lot of fun, not to mention, a good cardio workout! The instructor is a bit PERKY...lol, but they have to be to do workout dvds. I recommed the "Calorie Blasting Party", as it has a warm up, cool down, and then 4 different routines on it. It's about 50 minutes long.

I have the WATP walk jog. I'm so advanced that I do the whole session flipped. I jog and then I walk during the jogging part-make sense. I like the Walk and kick too.

I also workout to Kathy Smith's Project:You and love love LOVE it!!

Any Kathy Smith workout is going to give great results and she is very down-to-earth, which is so important to me. I have many of her videos. An oldie but a goodie is Fat-Burning Workout. Yeah, it's so 80s but once you get past that, it's great. I think it's '88? Find it on eBay for cheap. I went down 6 sizes years ago by working out to that video and I still use it today. She has lots of great workouts. I highly recommend Project:You, which is her most recent.
