Does anyone have the Leslie Sansone Short cut Abs or the WATP for Abs? If so, how do you rate these?

Does anyone have Leslie Sansone:3 Mile Power Walk or 4 Mile Power Walk.
How would you rate these?

I have the 3 mile WATP and the 4 Mile Super Challenge. How does these compare to the ones above?

The Shortcuts series are excellent-abs, upper body, & lower body. Some people like them, but I am not crazy about the Walk Away The Pounds For Abs series where you wear the belt. I much prefer her series using the weighted balls during the cardio.

Second..the walk away for abs uses the ab belt..personally I found the belt strained my back..you could use balls with it though - I sold my set.
