10 minutes elliptical
Boy does it work my legs, I am kind of shocked at how sore my legs were yesterday after the 15 minutes on it the day before. I am so out of shape but I will get better fast! |

Did my nightly full-body circuit: -20 tight arm circles, both directions -20 large arm circles, both directions -weighted “T”, 30 seconds -weighted biceps curls - weighted triceps extensions -weighted shoulder shrugs -50 squatted twists -25 squatted cross punches -50 pelvic raises -50 single hip raises, each -30 second Superman -30 second butterfly flutters -yoga sequence cool down |
