Diana: Thanks for getting us started in July! I did the standard Oxycise Level 3 workout today. It is faster paced than all of the others that I have done with more challenging positions. No workout, we are building a new house for all 50 of my chickens. It is huge compared to the one they are in now but oh it will make thing so much easier for me to take care of them.
