Yumadeb, enjoy your trip out of town! just went for a power walk. will put drops in my eyes. then, i'll try to take a nap. won't be easy with my sister and brother-in-law's two dogs here. they bark at the drop of a leaf! :D

2 miles leslie sansone this morning before I left for work. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. power walked and ran errands after I got home. will take my sister and brother-in-law's two dogs for a walk after supper tonight. :D
