On Sat. I have a very large kitchen and dining room floor to dust and mop and a large liviing room to vacuum and dust.
To me, that comes first.

FieryCupcake 03-12-2016 02:25 PM

Well I decided to do just the first 2 miles of the 3 mile express as it was getting really intense and I don't want to hurt myself and set myself back so I did the 2 miles plus the stretchie segment with a cool down. My fit bit reads it as just 2.06 miles, 4,102 steps and 422 calories burned. Still a really good workout in my book! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

Took some days off, my anxiety level is through the roof and I just needed the break. I am trying a new workout, well new to me.
Try Zumba I said, it could be fun I said. How bad can it be? It wasn't too bad actually, kind of fun and absolutely the change in routine I needed. However, I might be a tiny bit uncoordinated and rythymically challenged. I tried my best though and that is the main thing.

Zumba - 20 minute quick start

Was looking at this thread a year ago. It was such a big group then.

Zumba - 20 minutes

Spring cleaning some more today. It is amazing how fast dust piles up in the corners and on shelves. I think the worst is having to dust all of my books. It always feels so good to have the house clean, not that my house is ever "dirty", I am a bit obsessive about having a clean house, but it just makes me feel better knowing there isn't all the dirt and grime hiding places, lol.

Me, too. My mom and Grandma were like that but my mom was an only child and I had one brother. Since I had 10 kids I wasn't as neat as they were.

carolr3639 03-18-2016 11:30 AM

15 min. bodyflex.

carolr3639 03-19-2016 07:59 AM

When I was growing up our house was disgusting, it was always filthy, so I started cleaning it myself. I remember as a little girl trying to sweep with a broom that towered over me and having to use a step ladder to work the washing machine, it makes me kind of smile now, thinking of tiny me trying to clean with adult sized equipment, but I hated a dirty house then and I hate one now.

Zumba - 20 minutes

I wore my heart rate monitor for my workout today and it stayed up in the high 130's and 140's so I think that is a good thing.

carolr3639 03-19-2016 07:35 PM

Good for you, tubolard. All done cooking for today. Back at it tomorrow.
