this morning I did 30 minutes of Tabata!

No my own workout session tonight..been doing light housechores for 30 min..which my sciatica flaring up..I need to do low impact moves in the mornings ..I had felt great when I did it this morning. I see how much I can do tomorrow, no joking here..

Carol..Have heard of bodyflex years ago...its sounds good..need to google it to refresh my memory.

Yes Lilyann, bodyflex is from years ago. 10 min. of eliptical. With company here and doing so much cooking and washing, I'm still sneaking exercise in. ha

My dh may have hip surgery in April 14th. He thinks I'm going to wait on him then. I told him I could hardly take care of myself.

I did my 50 min. chair exercises today

Carol..sorry to hear about hubby. My mom had a new hip... I am caring for her now. Hoping everything goes well.
