I have been exercising but just haven't been getting in here to post it. sorry about that! I am just too dang busy ;) this morning I did 30 minutes of Tabata! can't believe tomorrow is already April!!! hope everybody has a great day! :wave: |

No my own workout session tonight..been doing light housechores for 30 min..which my sciatica flaring up..I need to do low impact moves in the mornings ..I had felt great when I did it this morning. I see how much I can do tomorrow, no joking here..

Yes Lilyann, bodyflex is from years ago. 10 min. of eliptical. With company here and doing so much cooking and washing, I'm still sneaking exercise in. ha

My dh may have hip surgery in April 14th. He thinks I'm going to wait on him then. I told him I could hardly take care of myself.
