today- nothing... my sinus infection is better but having side effects with my antibiotics. The doctor switched my medicine today so hopefully it will get better.

I just received this set in trade from the other forum where I am a member. I used my weighted gloves instead of the bands to see how the workouts go. I am not the most coordinated human so I wanted to check things out first. :rofl: Nothing like me getting all tangled up and half killing myself. :rofl:

TTOM started messing with me today. I thought something was up the last couple of days since I woke early. I was doing fine today and then wham, my attitude changed. I could tell it was hormones. A sales rep had to deal with Diana's wrath, too. LOL It seemed like everything fought me and took twice as long to get done. I ended up not doing a workout.

Teacher It sounds like you are feeling better.

This week I really did some damage food wise. I'm up 3 pounds. But feeling better and back in the zone with healthy eating & working out.

Teacher Thank you. I am feeling better today. Who know what tomorrow will be, though. :lol: My weight shot up, big time, from the Super Bowl. I had a couple alcoholic drinks and some foods (chicken wings, etc) that I haven't had in years. I think I gained almost 7 pounds! I have lost about 5 pounds so far. It's obvious it mostly water weight, but geesh! I bet some of your 3 pounds came from the antibiotics.

Deb Good job on the workouts. Are you enjoying the new house and workout room?

Hi everyone!

Diana- thanks, part maybe the medicine but also having food struggles last week. I have to keep taking the antibiotics until Friday. Glad you're feeling better.
