TTOM started messing with me today. I thought something was up the last couple of days since I woke early. I was doing fine today and then wham, my attitude changed. I could tell it was hormones. A sales rep had to deal with Diana's wrath, too. LOL It seemed like everything fought me and took twice as long to get done. I ended up not doing a workout. Check-In: KCM's Start Here workout #2 (full body weights) w/12's Teacher Thank you. I am feeling better today. Who know what tomorrow will be, though. :lol: My weight shot up, big time, from the Super Bowl. I had a couple alcoholic drinks and some foods (chicken wings, etc) that I haven't had in years. I think I gained almost 7 pounds! I have lost about 5 pounds so far. It's obvious it mostly water weight, but geesh! I bet some of your 3 pounds came from the antibiotics.
