Deb- I agree.. November flew by

Laura- feel better.. I've done some muscle pump at the ymca and liked it. But with going back to work the times just don't work anymore

Diana- I did have lots of family fun. It was so hard to go back to work today & it didn't help that the students were a hot mess. 3 weeks until Winter Break :) Will you take off some time off for Christmas?

Teacher I think our last day of work will be Dec 23. We are probably going to the mountains and stay at the place we usually go. It's our friends vacation home. We are talking about driving over to Nashville and staying there a couple of days. DH went to a convention in Nashville years ago. He wants me to be able to see it, too.

Yes, I totally agree that my body needed a break and I had some significant discomfort on Mon but did an easy paced TJ 20 minute workout and a walk and felt great. Thank you for asking, Diana and Teacher.

Laura I am enjoying the Tae Bo rotation. I have gotten to where I prefer actual rotations. I don't like to figure things out and on my own I would stick with cardio. I have a couple new programs that I need to get to this coming year.

Hi! Can I join in?
I'm just transitioning to working out at home instead of going to my beloved Zumba class :'(

Today it was Doonya: Beginner Breakdown.

Not really a great workout, tbh.

I'm renting videos via amazon, and this one is actually a part of a three disc set, so it was an awful workout as a standalone, but as instructional video, it was the best I've seen ever.
I still have a day and a half on the rental, but I don't know that I'll repeat it. I may move on to Jillian Michaels or Tracy Anderson tomorrow.

Measly 2 pounds this week....at least is two pounds gone forever! I'm hoping that with lifting 2-3 times per week it will increase muscle and reduce fat. I feel so different this week and my clothes are significantly bigger that I was expecting 4 pounds again. Oh well!

Today I started Ballet Bootcamp from prevention.com

It's supposed to be a 25 day challenge, you do their workout 3-4 days a week and cardio intervals 2-3 days a week.
I'm using only 5 pound weights and it totally kicked my butt this morning!

I did rent Jillian Michaels Thighs and Glutes workout, but I couldn't get through the warmup because her voice drives me nuts! Lol!

Teacher I really like HHA's. I had a few workouts but recently bought them all. Is this the set you have? http://www.totalfitnessdvds.net/Prod...ode=danceparty I don't recall seeing that set before. With that said, I think I have Rockin' Body and Hard Body. I just bought them with my other set. Leave it to Beach Body to confuse things. :lol:
