I'm using My Fitness Pal still and it counts them for me. I've finally figured out what my maintenance level is...around 2000. If I didn't walk I suppose it would be lower. I reached goal in Feb but then lost in March and April while trying to figure out calories. For May I started and ended at the same weight so that's why I think around 2000 is where I can maintain. I'm really not eating enough variety yet. Trying but I tend to get in a cooking rut. But with all the travel coming up I will be mixing it up!

Does My Fitness Pal cost money?

ataraxia3 06-05-2014 02:55 AM

2 miles

CalCounter1003 06-05-2014 06:54 AM

Yes, MyFitnessPal is free. They have Apps, but the website is good too.

I did the 3 mile party this morning!

How many calories did you eat to lose?

carolr3639 06-05-2014 10:47 AM

I tried it but I think it would be easier just to write it down.

carolr3639 06-05-2014 07:05 PM

Well it takes some time getting used to it!
I usually ate around 1300-1500 with the exercise. On days I couldn't walk I ate around 1200.
