Is it okay to do the same exercise video 2 or 3 times a week every week?
Or should I get more variation?
Is there any harm in doing the same workout every week?
i would mix it up for a few reasons...
1) keep it from getting boring
2) ur body will get used to the repitition n it wont be as effective.
3) make sure all ur muscles r being worked out,stretched, strengthened.
when i was doing videos at home or when i do i would do a dif each week. rent from library, buy from yard sales or goodwill so little to no money invested! good luck on ur journey!
I think two or three times a week is probably fine :] However I'd make the other days you're working out something new and high intensity.
If you're interested in videos I'd suggest Jillian's 90 day body revolution, you're doing 3 different videos a week but only for two weeks at a time, then it gets a bit harder.
