Hey ladies!! Got up and did the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends this morning w/ 2# weights. NO pain this morning.
Leaving for vacation tomorrow and plan to walk at least every other morning while I am gone. Taking my 2# weights to carry with me. Probably won't be able to check in much as our cottage doesn't have WiFi. |
Have a great vacation Annie. I have been off work all week spending time with my 4-year old grandson. He is visiting us for his summer vacation. I have been trying to squeeze some workouts in, but chasing him around has been the greatest workout.
Still managed to lose a pound this week and finally hit the 70 pound weight loss mark. |
Did a 3 mi. this morning and a 2 mi. this afternoon. There are lots of dvds on Amazon and youtube even has a few of Leslie's workouts.

Scooter - Thanks for the kind words. This has been a long journey and is not over yet. I have taken one day at a time and have set mini-goals along the way to push myself. I have been stuck in the 180's for awhile now and I am hoping to leave them this month.

:cheer: CONGRATS TOONSES ON THE 70 LBS LOST!!!! :cheer: I did 2 miles this morning. I used The Big Burn dvd :cp: I know I haven't been in here much lately. I am really having problems with sleep. I've been sleeping about 4 hours a nite. I finally fall asleep around 2 or 3 and then just can't drag myself out of bed at 5 in order to walk. I've never had any problems sleeping but menopause seems to be taking a toll on me :( anyway, I'm doing what I can girls..... hope everybody has a great day! later gaters |

Cathy - I have been having the same problem with sleeping lately. I go to bed tired, fall asleep and then about an hour later I am wide awake. It is so frustrating. It is especially hard when I get up at 4:00 am to work out. I was trying to get a few more mins of sleep while riding my bike this morning (just kidding).
