The biggest loser 6 week slimdown, does it work?
Hi, I decided I was bored of my fitness dvd's I have so went out and brought a new one today. Only problem was the shop's don't seem to have many in so went with the biggest loser - 6 week slimdown.
I was just wondering have any of you used it, did it work, and what you thought of it?
