I was curious about the same thing. I saw the infomercial on it and it looked like a lot of fun, so I wanted to see if Netflix had anything on it, which they didn't. If you have went to a Zumba class as well, what did you think of it? Was it ridiculously hard the first time? Would you go to the Zumba Gold class the first time knowing now what you do? Any info would be great!

I LOVE zumba! I've been to a couple classes, keep meaning to go more but I have some amazing procratination skills! :O

It tends to get a little fast paced, or at least in the classes it does. I haven't seen anything about the DVDs so I can't really help there... It really is a fantastic workout though!

It has just came to my gym and when i peeked in on the class i gagged with fear.. I have two left feet yall would have killed everyone in the class. lol

I have also been curious about Zumba, I googled and there are 237 classes in our area. I went ahead and ordered the DVD set, so we'll see! It looks like fun so I'm going to try it........

I have been going to a class with my sister in-law for about a month now, it is only one day a week. Even though a lot of the time I feel like a bit of a clutz, I am having a blast. The time flys by! The instructor is really good about mixing it up between fast and slow songs so you have a chance to catch your breath. I am about 60 lbs over weight and my body or should I say booty doesn't always shake or move the way the instructors does but it is still fun to try. I also just got the Zumba cd's and will start doing it at home the rest of the week. The best part of it is I don't feel like I'm exercising just dancing, so much fun!!!

I loved zumba!!!!!! It was an absolute blast and am *still* smiling about it...I'll definitely be going back this weekend.

I just got this today from a friend of mine who isn't using it anymore. I started with the basics today....oh my oh my...this girl is mighty uncoordinated compared those girls. I giggled at myself but I think once I can get my moves straightened out I will really like it...can see having tons of fun with it. Cant wait til Im more comfy in my skin to go to a class.

My sister and I have been going to Zumba classes for about six months now. I absolutely love Zumba! It's a total blast, and you don't even feel like you're exercising!
