Unhappy workout--slim in 6?

Uggh I've only lost 3lbs since around the 10th of this month..I've started running up and down our stairs, because its too hot to walk outside, I definately need to loose alot more at 236 now i really get out of breath onll going up and down the stairs 8 times in 5min. I started the Slim in 6 yesterday, I was wondering if anyone else has or is doing this workout?

I love Slim in 6! Start out with no weights or resistance bands and just try to complete the exercises. It's HIGH reps...it will definitely burn calories! These videos are still challenging to me!

Awesome!! I actually got the workout last summer, since then i've gained another 20lbs because i didnt stick with it, i'm hoping to this time glad to hear its still challenging for you! btw) I lived in western Ne until last may, I miss it sometimes

I've completed Slim in 6 and am now doing a rotation of Slim Series (it's like the next level for Si6 grads) before starting Chalean Extreme next month. I really like the way Si6 tones and slims all around--it's definitely high repetitions, high repetitions, high repetitions!
The only problem for me was getting over the monotony of doing the same routine every day. Eventually I started listening to my mp3 player during the workouts and that helped a lot!
