Smile P90x (lean version)

So I'm goimg to be updating my first experience on the P90x. My first day was yesterday afternoon and it really challenged me. All those push~ups and tryna do pullups my body was hurting the next morning. I decided to do all my workouts in the morning because its just better for me. By the time I get off I don't want to do anything so that's the main reason. So the next day I ended up doing plyometrics and it was a beast. WOW. I couldn't finish the last 15min of it but I know I gave my best and the sweat was dripping off of me. So like I stated before I'm doing the lean version, my mix up came into play when I noticed that the exercises I was doing was for the classic version. Lol. So I'm gon pick up tomorrow morning where I left off and just do the remaining of the lean version. Will keep you updated.

What's the difference between the lean and classic versions? Are there more workouts dvds? or do you just do more workouts each day??

I'm getting a pullup bar today so I will be starting soon! Can't wait!

If you have you p90x book just flp to the section you will see a page that ays CLASSIC and will list exercise to be done on witch weeks [dvds] then I think Lean comes next and then the Doubles program and followed by the Matiience program if I rember right. But its all the same Dvds just done in a different order I did the Doubles with CLASSIC program as prescribed and threw in extra cardio he first time. The next two times I did a doubles with Classic and replaced the Cardio X with a more INTENCE Cardio Kickboxing eveday that was 60 min. Hope that helps DEVA
