I like belly dancing...usually there isn't much jumping or running, lots of standing in place and moving. Though sometimes the moves are hard to get down, at least trying is moving :-)
Walk Away the Pounds works for me. I have lost 50lbs with WATP I fell down some steps and had to rehab my knee gained some weight back. Am starting the journey again and WATP is on my list to do every morning. Great dvds!!
