Default Walk Away the Pounds - May Daily Check In

Hey Gang

It's the 4th day of May already - can ya believe it?!?! I didn't see a monthly walking thread started yet so I'm starting it up. Is anybody walking? I have a terrible cold but will try to get up early enough tomorrow morning to walk.

Hope everybody has a great day!
hugs,
Cathy

I walked yesterday! I did the new Belly, Buns & Thighs Slimdown (3 miles) with the fit cuff--WOW!! My legs are complaining today about the movements I did with the fit cuff! But I know it's good for them, anyway!

Default New to the Community!

Hi everyone! This is my first day posting on here. I'm on day one of A, but I started the Walk Away the Pounds video's about a month ago when I picked up one of the DVD's on a whim. I stopped last week, but back on the wagon today!

I'm doing the one mile and two mile walks with light weights, but this has been the longest I've stuck to a workout video! I feel like it's something I can do and I feel good after I do it. It's just getting the motivation someday's to keep going that's the challenge!

I think having the support of people on here and talking to people in the same boat will help me to stick with it!

I don't know if I posted this in April, but I did 32 miles in April, so that made me happy.

I'd been really busy with work, but I managed to do 2 miles on May 6, and then I did the 5-mile slim down DVD tonight. sheesh--i'm going to bed now

I thought I was starting last week and I didn't. BUT, I 'm starting this week with the 1 mile workouts and going from there. Starting off slow so I stick with it!

I think I'm giong to go ahead and order my first one in a few days... I'm thinking about the WATP for Abs with the belt since my biggest trouble/sore spot is my stomach. Is that an okay one to start with?

Hi Ladies! I did 4 miles today on Leslie's 'Walk Away the Pounds' Intensity Walk (Super Challenge-4 mile). I love Leslie! I just ordered 'Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home - 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk'. I don't plan on doing 5 miles, just four because I don't like working out for more than an hour but we'll see how it goes. I just needed a change since I've been doing this workout since October 8th 2008!

I just did the 4 Mile Super Challenge! I bought two other Leslie Sansone vids last night. I can't wait to have some variety! I hope I like them all! These are the ones I purchased:

4 Mile Super Challenge today!!!
Because of Leslie Sansone, calorie counting, and the amazing support of this board I lost 24 pounds! How could I NOT love her!

Kim,

Congrats on your weight loss-that is fantastic!

If you're looking for other fitness dvds (including Leslie) there is a website with excellent customer service and free shipping for orders over $19.00

The site is totalfitnessdvd.com

I've ordered from there many times without any problems. I like Collage video, but their prices and shipping are expensive.

There are other endorsements for the site at videofitness.com-any posts that mention 'great service from Mary' is talking about this site. I'm not affiliated with the site in any way-I'm just a very satisfied customer. She has clips of most of the workouts, too.
