I was doing Turbo Jam and the Firm, but got bored. Now I'm into Tae Bo. I bought Tae Bo T3 and recently purchased Amped. I'm noticing results pretty quickly, but I was wondering if anyone was still doing it, and maybe wanted to start a challenge?
I have three DVDS. I really like the first series he came out with, I use it rarely, but his newer workouts haven't had much interest to me. I almost get bored, but when I first started Billy was my thang. I loved his workouts and saw big results. Now I am more a turbo-jammer.
I bought Taebo Celebrity Fit a few weeks ago and have done it a few times but right now I'm trying to master The Firm 500 Calorie Workout. I'll get back to Billy soon though.
I am planning on doing the Amped series soon. I done them before and I really like them. I used to take Tae Kwon Do classes in my teens and Tae bo reminds me of them. We can be buddies and do the Tae bo thing together. Privite message me if you are intrested.
I do TaeBo - he has a great "Ultimate TaeBo" video that's a 90 min workout...it's what I use a lot on my "long cardio" days. I also enjoy the Celebrity Fit cardio workout quite a bit.
I just started doing Tae bo last Friday. I downloaded some Tae bo videos online. I have the ab bootcamp, cardio, strength within, basic bootcamp, advanced, and strength. I'm hoping to see some good results. I really enjoy them and I work up a sweat.
