Hi!
I was going to start the slim in 6 program (by beach body) and my grandmah has the older version. I was wondering if there was any major differences between the old and new version of the program. I know the newer one comes with arm bands, but if there's a difference in the workout I'm going to try and get the new one.

Do you mean Slim In 6 vs the 'express' version?

If you're choosing between the two, I'd get the original (if you have Exercise TV on your cable system, you can tape all of the workouts for free, btw).

If you've been exercising awhile, the better bargain is Slim Series.
