WATP results??

  • Hi all. I just started WATP tonight and it was GREAT!!! My only questions are how do I estimate calorie burn? and
    Can you all tell me your result stories with the program? can I really lose weight doing this?
  • I count it as low impact aerobics, but it depends on the video, the walk kick i counted as kick boxing, because my heart rate was SO high It was very challenging for me.

    Yes, you can absolutely have good weight loss results with this as your main workout, or at least i do. My weight loss was stalled with swimming as my main exercise, i started WATP and it kicked my weight loss back into gear. Just find one of her tapes that *you* find challenging and watch the weight fall off.
  • Yep! You will definently see results. I count it also as low impact aerobics. I ONLY do WATP, and as you can see so far I have lost weight! Good luck! And come join the chat and let us know how you are doing!
  • My results with WATP have been amazing, its low impact but boy do you get a great workout. I have lost 25 lbs so far and WATP has been my only source of exercise since I started losing weight, coupled with the Fat Smash Diet.
