I count it as low impact aerobics, but it depends on the video, the walk kick i counted as kick boxing, because my heart rate was SO high It was very challenging for me.
Yes, you can absolutely have good weight loss results with this as your main workout, or at least i do. My weight loss was stalled with swimming as my main exercise, i started WATP and it kicked my weight loss back into gear. Just find one of her tapes that *you* find challenging and watch the weight fall off.
