I ended up doing only Walk Kick yesterday, but I was tired! I was sweating so bad!!! I haven't sweat like that for awhile. So today I am going to try to do a 2 mile and maybe a 1 mile. But it will just depend on how this holiday goes!

I think I will get the Walk Slim because I really need more to rotate into my collection. I was also thinking of getting a Tae Bo beginning DVD cuz I really like kickboxing, but I don't want to have to do Walk Kick everytime. So, yeah! Anyways, have a great WATP day ladies!

Happy Fourth of July !
I am back again .
I am trying to get back into using the Walking DVDs again. They are so simple and I can do one of the three mile advanced in 30 minutes. I did four miles of the five mile advanced yesterday and a three mile with weights the day before.

Awesome Sirak! Keep it up! I wanted to ask, do you guys count WATP as Walking Briskly or Aerobics? Cuz it seems like my heart rate gets up more then just walking briskly would. TIA!

I count mine as low-impact aerobics--it IS way more than just walking!

Hi - I'm a person who can only walk with a walker, AND I live in a place where the temp is 114F even as I am writing this, so exercise is a real challenge for me. I have been reading all over 3FC trying to find some kind of exercise that can work for me in my condition and climate, and have decided that WATP could work for me. I got the 1 mile easy walk tape, and tried it today, and I could mostly do it, except for the kicks and the arm stuff (I need my arms to keep me on my feet . ) I've set my goal to get 15 miles this month. This site will help me keep motivated I think.

Welcome, Jerie! Glad you found something that you can do in your current situation! Hopefully, over time things will improve!

Today I did the 2 mile Walk Slim Fast Start and the Power Mile with 3 pound weights! It was a good day (even though I munched a bit too much)!

I skipped yesterday. I worked out in the back room on the 4th. It was 100 deg. in that room. I didn't feel well afterwards.

I went home from work yesterday and thought about it again. However, we had record breaking heat and my room was over 100. I opted to not do myself in again.

So, today, I got up early and Leslie & I did the 3 mile challenge with the weights.

I'm going up to the gold country this weekend. I think I'll take the 1 / 2 mile dvds with me. I may leave it with my friend if she seems interested. I seldom use that one any more.

Wonder what my weight and measurements will be when we come back. Last week's weigh in showed a 2.8 lb loss! I don't know what I did differently except working out in the hot room. However, it wasn't 100 deg.

Yay for a loss!
I am planning to do 2 Miles Express today, and hopefully even another 2 mile walk tonight. We will see. I really need to get some new ones to rotate in. Maybe I will see if I can get some this weekend! Have a good WATP day everyone!

Edited to add: Today I am just having a hard time getting the drive to workout...when you hit ruts like that with WATP what do you do? Thanks!
