Dance Off The Inches anyone?
Ohmygosh, earlier today I went to Wal-Mart and was browsing through the fitness DVDs and the Dance off the Inches DVD caught my eye. It came with two different workouts, a Calorie Blasting Party and one called 15 Minute Express. I kinda thought "Why not?" and grabbed it.
MAN! I figured I'd pop it in for a few minutes and just prepare myself for the morning when I really do the workout, and MAN! It moves pretty quickly with the dance steps and I had to pause it a couple times to get the hang of it, and some of the time I just improvised. After 10 minutes I was already feeling it!
So far I'm loving it, and if anyone has used it and had any results with it, I'd be thrilled to hear them!
