Mornin all. Hope you don't mind if I join. I quit smoking a few months ago and apparently that took all of my willpower cause I have been eating since. I have gained 10 lbs + and am tired and bummed out. I've got to get moving and eating healthy to start feeling better.
I am looking for a healthy diet and exercise plan that can work with a family too...
