I was totally tired this morning for some reason I fell asleep at 2am and was up at 6am, that sucks... But I did go to the gym and managed an hour of UB workout, but I was too lazy for cardio instead I came home to snooze before work but the phone rang and was never able to fall asleep again...
Today so far so good with the food... Susan, your clothing must be fitting better, after being so good?? Look at other options other than the darn scale... but then again I KNOW you know that :yes: |
Oh honey there's lots of things I know intellectually ... but not necessarily in my heart! One of the nice things about starting the BFL challenge (whether I finish or not) is that I had to fill out the weight removal check list. There's enough numbers on there that something has to change.
It's really nice here today ... warm. I should only be working a part day. Lots of time to do lower body. |
Yay - I'm finally in single figures in my "weight still to lose" column!!!!
Well, that's if you count 9.2 as being single figures (just ignore the decimal place) :) AND I'm finally classed as 'normal' BMI-wise, rather than overweight! That is a HUGE deal! |
Of course we disregard decimals! good work on the tiny jeans!

Good Morning everyone!
Thought I'd pop us back to the top and see what everybody's been up to. I got cancelled for work yesterday and am really feeling the 'want to weigh myself' but I said I'd stick with the scales at work so I'll have to be content with pinching my middle. It's cardio day today. I think I'll bake a squash too. |
I've got a lot going on with school, right now. All kind of tests and assignments due. Back when I went to college, I'd freak out when this kind of stuff happened. Am I more sanguine these days from all this healthy eating and exercise, or is it just from getting older?

I think as we mature and slide through life, we just learn how to have a few things on our plate at once. Picture a 13 y o girl whose hair will not behave today. Now picture her mother listening to that, the dog is puking, work wants her early, the heel fell off her favourite pumps and the oatmeal boiled over on the stove .... Jenfrus is back from honeymoon. Must keep an eye out for pictures:) Yesterday I fell into the trap of thinking I should keep my calories up (Monday was too low) and had a slice of pizza. I shouldn't have ... that was too high for my peace of mind. Today is upper body. I don't like it as well as legs. |

I ate like a horse while we were away, it was really nice to eat chocolate cake and eat out and just stuff my face with no regard for consequences since I knew I'd be back on track when we got home. But my internal organs were rebelling and I felt fat and lazy and tired and was craving vegetables by the time I came home! I have been super good this week since I've been back - kickboxing, gym, gym, kickboxing... Today I'm having a rest day since I'm a bit under the weather with a migraine and I've been poked and prodded at the physio and I'm still aching from Wednesday's gym! Yesterday I was super-good with food :D My first full day of eating really well. Tuesday and Wednesday were ok, but life got in the way a bit and there was a buffet on Tuesday and dinner out on Wednesday. I'm so happy to be back on track and eating like a healthy me! :hyper: |
