Hi everyone
Well, I'd really love to lose 13 lbs (I just gained 6-7 lbs over the summer ), and I figured this was the place to come.
My shorter term goal is to lose five pounds by my birthday (10/10), and I'd like to lose all of the weight by the new year (but I somehow don't think that's going to happen).
Also, I've been vegetarian for a little over three years, and I became vegan about five months ago.
So, hello, and I hope I'm welcomed here.
My DD just became vegetarian she's 16... I don't mind it at all because it's a better food plan than the Wendy's and McD's plan she was on before ...Hence DH and I are now semi veggies eating mostly fish and eggs, I don't drink milk but DH does, I love soy milk ...
