I don`t know if it`s available in the US but I eat their grilled chicken salad or grilled chicken sandwich. I think there must be a lot of salt in the grilled chicken because even if I plan ahead the next day my weight is up or the same. (I`m using the Wendie Plan diet-it`s a take on Weight Watchers)

I have a protein shake before going and just have a salad once there. I don't like their chicken it tastes fake, it probably is...

Too late now I'm sure, but use their nutrition brochure. It's an eye opener. I think I opted for one of their salads and some fruit last time I went (but the dressings have hidden fats (and no fried chicken in the salad) so I had to look at the brochure).

I only do McD's as a special treat. I am not fond of their grilled anything or salads so I treat myself to a 3 peice Chicken Selects and a huge Diet Coke. OK, not the best thing for me, but whats the point of always being good!

Thanks for the link to the McDonalds site. The majority of the food is very high in sodium. So even if I plan it into my daily points it`s just not a good choice. I`ll be eating the yogurt and a plain side salad from now on when I go with the kids!
