Top weight was 133lb a couple of months ago after putting on 3lb after a term of super bad habits! Current weight, 126 and 112lb or whenever feels right! 2. How tall are you? 5' 3. I do IF and have recently lost all belief in a lot of universally acknowledged general diet guidelines through my research on this programme. 10.
